Job Description
OCD Cleans Co is seeking a Construction Cleaner to join our team in Brisbane/Gold Coast. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst delivering high-quality cleaning services on construction sites.

What you'll be doing
n
Detailed Cleaning of new-build homes, apartments
n
Removing construction dust, debris, paint, silicone, adhesive, grout residue and other building materials
n
Completing builders cleans, pre-handover cleans and final handover cleans to the highest standards.
n
Cleaning windows, frames, tracks, glass, doors, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, skirting boards and all finished surfaces
n
Working efficiently as part of a team to meet site deadlines and scheduled completion dates
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area through each project
n
Travelling to different new build sites across Brisbane and Gold Coast
n
Using professional cleaning equipment and products, including commercial HEPA vacuums, pole cleaning, pressure washers
n
What we're looking for
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
n
New build experience is preferred but not essential
n
Demonstrated knowledge of construction site safety protocols and best practices
n
Competency with cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, industrial vacuums, and chemical application systems
n




Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
n
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to different sites across Brisbane and Gold Coast
n
White Card or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
n
Team player
