Townsville's multi award winning 106 room Grand Hotel and Apartments Townsville is looking to recruit a customer service superstar to join our front desk/ guest service team in a casual Guest Service Agent/Hotel Receptionist Role.

Great communication skills, positive attitude, flairfor service, high drive for results, integrity and honesty a must. Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their hotel specific or administrative experience.
n The successful applicant will be available to work on a 7 day a week rotating roster and will include morning and evening shifts, estimate approx. ******* hours per week.Role overview:

Reservations activity

Day shifts approximately 6am - 230pm
