The Opportunity

Lead and elevate an existing, high-performing land development team

Work directly with first- and second-tier developers
n
(private enterprise and government-led developments)

Be involved from early design through to final approvals

Your Background
n
n
Principal-level civil engineer with deep land development / Greenfields experience
n
Proven delivery of subdivision projects including:
n
Residential, industrial, commercial, and parkland developments
n
Earthworks, road design, drainage, flood analysis,



retaining structures
n
Comfortable operating in developer-facing and approval-driven environments
n
Background may come from a similar or adjacent consultancy - pedigree matters more than brand
n
