RJE Global is expanding its workforce for the construction of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind farms, and critical resource and power infrastructure projects nationwide. We're seeking motivated, safety-focused professionals to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact across multiple landmark projects.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assemble, install, terminate, test, and commission electrical systems and equipment
n
Diagnose and repair faults using appropriate equipment
n
Connect systems to circuit breakers, transformers, and control equipment
n
Inspect electrical installations to ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements
n
Advise of potential hazards or system issues
n
Perform continuity and insulation resistance testing
n
Maintain accurate documentation and submit to site supervisors
n
Participate in QA processes (ITPs, ITRs)
n
Attend and contribute to daily prestart and toolbox meeting sessions
n
Contribute to Safe Work Method Statements and site safety initiatives
n
A-Class Electrical Licence
n
Valid Driver's Licence
n
Construction White Card
n
LV Rescue & CPR (completed within the last 12 months)
n
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n




Leading Hand or supervisory experience
n
Dual trade or certifications (Refrigeration Mechanic, Instrumentation, MV Jointing)
n
Industrial installation experience across MV, LV, DC, control, fire, and communications systems
n
High Risk Work Licences (WP, CN, DG, RB, LF, SB)
n
Working at Heights certification
n
Proficient reading and interpretation of electrical drawings
n
QA/QC and compliance testing experience
n
