Job Description
Your Role in Our Future
n Founded by the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, Linear Clinical Research is at the forefront of scientific discovery through world-leading human clinical trials. With two primary locations in Joondalup and Nedlands, Linear conducts a broad range of clinical trials across cancer, early phase, and general medicine
n
This role is primarily located at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Nedlands and is offered on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. From time to time, you may be required to work and undertake training at our Joondalup site.
n
Some of your key duties will require you to;
n
n
Coordinateand manage multiple clinical trials, ensuring timely
documentation,stakeholder
communication, and adherence to high-quality standards.
n
Accuratelyprepare, maintain and archive trial documentation and other
administrativetasks
as required.
n
Ensurethat project milestones and deliverables are achieved whilst liaising andmaintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
n
Helpwith the preparation of study specific documentation in advance of clientmeetings.
n
Supportthe wider clinic team to conduct clinical activities andassessments.
n
n
Your Experience
n The successful applicant will ideally come with previousexperience from the clinical trial or medical sector however, this is notessential. What is essential are the following skills and attributes;
n
n
Excellenttime management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities,meet competing deadlines, and monitor project milestones and
timelineseffectively.
n
Demonstratedability
to work within standard operating procedures andregulations.
n
Experienceworking in cross-functional teams including clinical, finance, regulatory,and operational staff.
n
Previousexperience from the health, medical or research sectors beneficial.
n
