This position is ideal for someone super reliable, effective and friendly, and keen to join the wonderful Reception team in our growing Physiotherapy clinic.
n
Previous reception or customer service experience is required — Cliniko experience is highly regarded.
n
The Role
n
This role will start as casual, with a minimum of 2 shifts per week, initially covering afternoon shifts (2:00pm–8:00pm). For the right person, this will progress to a part-time position (around 4 shifts a week),



with a mix of morning (8:00am–2:00pm) and afternoon shifts. Saturday mornings may occasionally be required.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Greeting clients and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in
n
Answering phones, emails and face-to-face enquiries
n
Processing payments and managing appointment bookings
n
Supporting our physiotherapy and Pilates team so they can focus on great client outcomes
n
Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
n
Keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes
n
