What you'll be doing
n
n
Lead estimating, cost planning and tender preparation for commercial projects.
n
Engage early with clients and consultants to shape project outcomes.
n
Analyse drawings, specifications and methodologies with a critical lens.
n
Drive value engineering and smart construction solutions.
n
Build and manage subcontractor pricing and relationships.
n
Contribute to how we improve systems, processes and delivery.
n

What you bring
n
n
3+ years' experience in commercial construction estimating.
n
Strong understanding of buildability, sequencing and methodology.
n
Ability to interpret drawings and develop accurate cost plans.
n
Experience across projects in the $1M–$25M range.
n
Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve.
n
Clear communication and the ability to work as part of a tight team.
n
