Job Description
This is a subcontract role for a grounds maintenance specialist with Corporate Lawns Plus. You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of multiple Body Corporate sites, ensuring they remain well-presented and welcoming.

What you'll be doing
n

Mowing, edging and trimming lawns and gardens
n
Pruning and shaping shrubs, bushes and trees
n
Removing debris and litter from gardens and grounds
n
Liaising with residents to ensure high standards are maintained
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Proven experience in gardens and grounds maintenance, ideally with Body Corporate and commercial settings
n
Basic knowledge of horticulture, landscaping and related matters
n
All associated tools, equipment, and PPE (essential)
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Positive time management and organisational skills
n




Commitment to health and safety practices
n
A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport
n
