Job Description
Northern Health is seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician (RPN3, OT3, SW3 or Psychologist Grade 2) to join the Hume Community Team within the Mental Health Division. This full time role provides acute assessment and intervention to consumers and their families, in both in-reach and outreach capacity, delivering recovery‐focused care.

The ACIS team uses a shared caseload to support people living with mental illness, including short‐term intensive supports up to 3 months.
