BAPS Cleaning is seeking an experienced Proposal & Tender Specialist to lead government and corporate tender submissions, and drive growth across Australia. You will identify opportunities, coordinate stakeholders and craft compelling, compliant proposals to win business.

You will work closely with Business Development Managers, Operations and senior leadership to manage submission timelines, refine content libraries and improve win rates across government and commercial contracts.
