Who are we looking for:
n
As a Range Supervisor, you'll support the Venue Operations Manager with daily operations, lead the team on shift and help deliver a fun, welcoming guest experience across The Range.
n
n
Lead and support the team during shifts.
n
Maintain high service standards across the driving range, mini golf, clubhouse and events.
n
Support daily operations, including equipment, stock, guest flow and food and beverage service.
n
Promote a safe, positive and team-focused workplace.
n
n
What you'll bring to the role:
n
You'll be a natural people person with strong customer service skills and the confidence to lead a team in a busy, guest-focused environment. You'll bring energy, initiative and a hands-on approach, along with experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or a similar supervisory role.
n
Additionally, you'll ideally bring:
n
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
The ability to work well in a fast-paced workplace
n
A current Tasmanian RSA and RCG, or ability to obtain them prior to commencement
n
A current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Check, or willingness to obtain one
n




Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
Due to the requirement to hold an RCG for this position, applicants must be aged 18 years of age or over.
n
n
An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
