About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing technology team delivering enhancements across a complex Salesforce environment. Working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners and business stakeholders, you'll be responsible for planning and executing test activities, validating recent functionality and ensuring high-quality releases across multiple workstreams. You'll play a key role throughout the software delivery lifecycle, contributing to test planning, test case development, execution, defect management and production readiness within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts.
n
Perform functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
n
Validate Salesforce configuration, custom development and integrations.
n
Execute API and data validation testing where required.
n
Record,



track and manage defects through to resolution.
n
Work closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout delivery.
n
Support release activities and post-deployment validation.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Commercial experience as a QA/Test Analyst within Salesforce environments.
n
Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
n
Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle.
n
Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
n
Ability to write clear test cases and defect reports.
n
Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
n
API testing experience (Postman or similar) will be highly regarded.
n
ISTQB certification is advantageous.
