About the Role
n
You'll manage your own portfolio with the support of a dedicated and experienced team. Your key responsibilities will include:
n

Building and maintaining robust relationships with rental providers and renters
n
Managing arrears, lease renewals, rental increases, and maintenance
n
Preparing CMAs and attending VCAT when required
n
Overseeing safety and compliance checks
n
Working collaboratively with our inspections,



leasing, and BDM teams.
n
Meeting KPIs across arrears, communication, and compliance
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Proven experience in residential property management
n
Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (VIC)
n
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
n
Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
A proactive and professional approach
n
A true team player attitude

Requirements
n
n
Agent's Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real Estate Practice
n
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Minimum 12 months of experience in a Property Manager role
n
