About the role – Business Development Manager
n
We are looking for a highly driven, dedicated, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team in Sydney.
n
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by:
n
n
Supporting both new and existing customers
n
Generating leads and converting them into tangible sales aligned with business objectives
n
Increasing market share and enhancing brand awareness across all distribution channels and networks
n
n
This is a full time position, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Highly motivated, self-driven,



and exceptionally organised
n
An effective communicator, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
n
Experienced in sales and business development
n
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
n
We're seeking someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, is professional and well-presented, and thrives in achieving set KPIs.
n
A passion for coffee and/or a technical mindset would be highly regarded.
