Lead business analysis activities across multiple concurrent cyber security and transformation initiatives.

Establish, maintain and continuously improve business analysis frameworks, standards, methodologies and governance practices.

Provide oversight and assurance across business requirements, ensuring traceability, quality and alignment to program outcomes.

Lead the analysis of business capabilities, processes, operating models and organisational impacts to support cyber uplift objectives.

Develop future-state business processes, business capabilities and target operating models.
n
Mentor and coordinate Business Analysts, ensuring consistent delivery approaches across the program.
n
Support initiative planning, prioritisation and resource coordination across multiple workstreams.
n
Facilitate workshops and engage with senior business, technical and cyber security stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
n
Provide strategic advice on business impacts, implementation considerations, cyber risk implications and organisational dependencies.
n
Drive continuous improvement of business analysis capability and delivery outcomes across the program.

Support business readiness, operational transition and benefits realisation activities to enable successful adoption of cyber security initiatives.

A successful Business Analyst Lead should have:
n
n




Proven experience leading business analysis activities across large-scale transformation or enterprise uplift programs
n
Strong capability in business requirements management, business process analysis, business capability modelling and target operating model design
n
Experience establishing and governing business analysis frameworks, standards, methodologies and assurance practices
n
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and coordinate Business Analysts across multiple concurrent initiatives
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels
n
Experience working across both business and technology teams within complex delivery environments
n
Exposure to cyber security, technology, digital transformation, risk or organisational uplift programs will be highly regarded
n
Experience working within government or other highly regulated environments is advantageous
n
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
n

Our client is a large Queensland Government organisation currently delivering a major cyber uplift program designed to enhance cyber security maturity, strengthen organisational resilience, and support strategic transformation objectives across the enterprise.

Hourly rate between $120 and $132 AUD.
n
Temporary contract offering flexibility and project-based work.
