Job Description
Adept Project Solutions is looking for an experienced, organised and hands‐on Project & Logistics Coordinator to support our retail and commercial fitout projects. You will help keep projects moving by coordinating pre‐start requirements, project administration, freight, procurement and stock control. This is a practical role for someone who can manage competing priorities, follow tasks through and contribute from day one. You will liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, transport providers, clients and shopping centre management.

What you'll be responsible for

Coordinate shopping centre pre‐start requirements, contractor inductions and site access documentation.
n
Prepare, submit and track SWMS, licences, insurances, permits and centre‐specific compliance documents.
n
Monitor approvals and follow up outstanding information so projects are ready to commence on time.
n
Book freight and transport, coordinate site deliveries and manage timeframes around access restrictions and site programs.
n
Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, subcontractors, clients and shopping centre management.
n
Raise and track purchase orders for project materials, consumables, PPE, tools and buy‐in items.




n
Maintain stock records, monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
n
Assist with project trackers, document control, filing and handover documentation.

What you'll bring
n
n
Previous experience in project administration, construction coordination, logistics, procurement or a similar role.
n
Experience in shopfitting, commercial fitout, construction or retail environments is preferred.
n
Familiarity with shopping centre inductions and pre‐start compliance is highly regarded.
n
Confidence managing multiple priorities, deadlines and live projects.
n
Strong attention to detail and reliable follow‐through.
n
Explicit written and verbal communication skills.
n
Competence with Outlook, Excel, Word and cloud‐based filing systems.
n
A practical, proactive approach and the confidence to follow up stakeholders.
