Bendigo
Job Description
The Australian Turntable Company – Bendigo VIC
n
The Australian Turntable Company (ATC) is a proudly Australian manufacturer based in Bendigo, Victoria, specialising in the design and manufacture of vehicle turntables. Our products are used across residential, commercial and industrial environments throughout Australia and internationally.
n
With nearly four decades of experience, we've built our reputation on quality engineering, practical innovation and reliable service delivery — helping people and vehicles move through tricky spaces with ease (we like to think we've got a few things sorted, if not fully turned around). As demand for our services continues to grow, we're looking for someone to help keep our service administration sharp, with a supporting hand in installations too.
n
We are now seeking a Service & Installations Administrator to join our team in Bendigo.
n
About the Role
n
This role is primarily focused on administering ATC's service function — think scheduling, customer communication, troubleshooting support, and following up on quotes — with a supporting role in our installations coordination alongside it.
n
Reporting to the National Installation & Service Manager, you'll be a familiar voice for our customers, helping with initial troubleshooting, preparing communications and updates, and, when the opportunity comes up, following up on a quote to help it turn into a booking. You'll also lend administrative support to our installations activities — job set-up, records, and keeping information current — so our Team Leaders and field staff always have what they need.
n
This is a full-time position based at our Bendigo premises, working Monday to Friday.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Manage day-to-day administration for our service function, including scheduling, documentation and record-keeping.
n
Respond to internal and customer queries relating to service schedules, job status and documentation.
n
Provide customers with basic troubleshooting support to help determine whether a service or repair is needed.
n
Prepare customer communications, confirmations and updates, delivering great customer service throughout.
n
Spot opportunities to promote additional services, and follow up on outstanding quotes to help turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.
n
Track job progress and flag delays, changes or data issues early, before they become a problem.
n
Support compliance with safety, quality and record-keeping requirements through accurate documentation.
n
Provide administrative support to our installations activities, including job set-up and records, and help keep Team Leaders and field staff across current information.
n
Collaborate with Team Leaders, Project Coordinators and other teams to keep things running smoothly — especially during busy periods.
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for someone organised, personable and unfazed by a busy inbox — someone who takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys being the person others rely on to keep things on track.
n
Experience in an administrative or coordination support role, ideally within an operational, service, or field-based environment.
n
Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment — schedules shift and priorities move, and you're energised by adapting rather than frustrated by it.
n
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities within clear processes.
n
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
n
Confident user of business systems and standard office software.
n
Well-developed customer service skills — calm, clear and professional, including when handling enquiries or concerns.
n
Explicit written and verbal communication skills.
n
A reliable, collaborative and proactive approach to supporting team outcomes.
n
Highly desirable
n
Experience in a role involving quotes, scheduling or job coordination.
n
A knack for spotting an opportunity — prior exposure to upselling or promoting services is a bonus, not a requirement.
n
Background in a trade, technical, or field-services industry.
n
Why Join ATC
n
At ATC, our culture is built on purposeful design, quality, innovation, professional development and strong customer relationships — and we've grown from a local Bendigo business into a world leader in turntable manufacturing without losing sight of any of that.
n
Key features of the role include:
n
Being part of a well-established, growing Australian manufacturer
n
Playing a genuine part in shaping how our service offering grows, not just administering it
n
A supportive team culture built on safety, quality, accountability, integrity and teamwork
n
Real work-life balance, including support for your right to disconnect outside of agreed hours
n
A Bendigo-based, Monday to Friday role — no weekend work
n
