About the role
n
n
Assist with food preparation, serving, kitchen duties and cleaning to provide secure, nutritious meals.
n
Complete routine cleaning across the facility, including staff accommodation, while upholding hygiene and infection control standards.
n
Wash, dry and iron linen and resident clothing as required.
n
Collaborate with staff, patients and healthcare professionals to support quality care, including safe manual handling.
n
Follow workplace health and safety, infection control and quality standards, complete accurate documentation and protect confidentiality.
n

About you
n
n
Communicate effectively and respectfully with staff, patients and consumers.
n




Work well within a multi-skilled team with a strong commitment to customer service.
n
Organise, prioritise and manage time effectively while handling competing tasks.
n
Have, or be willing to develop, practical knowledge across cleaning, laundry and cooking services.
n
Work towards departmental and organisational standards; Food Safety Standards qualifications are highly regarded.
n

What we offer
