Resolve Recruit is seeking multiple experienced Infrastructure Engineers to support a large-scale desktop modernisation program for a Federal Government client. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on application packaging, endpoint management and the ongoing transition of hybrid joined Windows 11 devices to a fully Entra joined SOE with Passwordless authentication.

You will work alongside a vendor and internal project teams to package, test and deploy applications through Microsoft Intune, maintain SOE compliance and configuration, and contribute to the automation and documentation that underpins a modern, secure desktop environment.



This is a excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys practical, technically detailed work with real visibility over the end-to-end application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Package, test and deploy applications using Microsoft Intune (Win32 and MSIX)
n
Configure and administer Intune device management and endpoint configuration policies
n
Review SCCM/MECM operating system deployment task sequences and enhance Windows Autopilot automation
n
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate deployment, configuration and operational support
n
Produce technical documentation, knowledge base articles and support procedures
n
Provide Level 3 technical support across SOE, application packaging and endpoint management
n

Experience & Skills
n
n
Win32/MSIX app packaging and deployment for Intune-managed Windows 11 devices.
n
Intune configuration and troubleshooting across hybrid and cloud-joined Windows 11 devices.
n
Microsoft endpoint services support across SOE, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Entra, DNS, DHCP and Always-On VPN.
n
Technical writing including knowledge base articles and instructional documents.
n
Design and architecture documentation including as-built configuration records.
