About the Role
n
As an Apprentice Machinist, you will learn how to:
n
n
Operate and maintain manual and CNC machinery
n
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
n
Manufacture and repair precision components
n
Use measuring instruments and quality control equipment
n
Apply workplace health and safety procedures
n
Work alongside experienced tradespeople and industry professionals
n
n
Eligibility Criteria
n
To be successful, you will ideally have:
n
n
Completed Certificate II in Engineering Mechanical Fitter & Machinist - Preferred
n
A genuine interest in engineering, manufacturing, or mechanical trades
n
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
n
Positive mathematical and problem-solving skills
n
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n




Reliable transport and a current driver's licence (preferred)
n
n
Previous workshop, mechanical, or trade-related experience is advantageous but not essential.
n
