Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our Brisbane team on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role
n
As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you'll take ownership of the commercial delivery of projects,
partnering with Project Managers and Site Teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing subcontract procurement, contracts, variations and final accounts
n
Administering RFIs, EOTs and contractual correspondence
n
Preparing budgets, cost forecasts, cash flow and monthly financial reporting
n
Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
n
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
n
Mentoring junior Contracts Administrators and supporting the commercial team
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
n
5+ years' experience delivering commercial construction, fitout or refurbishment projects as a Contracts Administrator with a head contractor
n
Strong commercial acumen with a sound understanding of construction contracts, procurement, legislation and industry standards
n
Experience preparing Head Contract variations and assessing subcontractor variations
n
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
