Selected candidates will start in our First Lift Program, a 12-week pathway to fast-track your skills and progression, this program is a hands-on pathway into the industry that combines technical training with real personal development.
This is a casual role with ongoing, consistent work across multiple residential projects.

30-min weekly sessions in branch before you head out to site for the day

Work in a crew of 3 with a Leading Hand supporting you
The Role
Load/unload trucks + secure gear
Install & dismantle scaffolding and safety systems
Work on residential building sites
Complete basic reports and checks
What You Need
Scaffolding or construction experience
Or experience working in a blue-collar environment (essential)
White Card
Driver's licence + own transport (essential)
Willing to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to ***** hours a week
Physically fit and ready for hands-on work in a fast-paced residential construction environment
It's a bonus if you have:
Scaffold ticket or height safety experience
MR licence
