Help us define what "world-class coaching" even means (no pressure )
Give brutally honest feedback on features, bugs, and everything in between
Collaborate with founders and fellow pioneer coaches to grow this thing into something legendary
Get featured as a founding coach—your face, your story, front and center in our launch
3+ years of career coaching magic with receipts (aka proven results)
Certified coach (ICF, CPCC, or equivalent)—bonus points for fancy letters after your name
Entrepreneurial DNA—you get excited by chaos, possibility, and building something new
A personal brand or network you're ready to bring along for the ride
Tech-savvy enough to navigate a mobile app without calling your nephew
Genuinely passionate about making career coaching accessible to everyone, not just the elite
