We are seeking educators who can collaborate across disciplines while bringing depth and expertise in areas such asMathematics, English, HSIE, Technology, Science, and PDHPE.
You will contribute to designing rich, project-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and cultivate critical thinking.

The Prospect
We are seeking exceptional educators across all disciplinary areas to join our foundation team.
As a Vantage Educator, You Will
Mentor and coach a small cohort of learners
Facilitate inquiry-led and explicit learning aligned with NESA requirements
Design integrated, real-world learning experiences
Track academic, social, and emotional growth
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver transdisciplinary programs
Partner with families to support learner development
All learners meet NESA curriculum requirements through innovative, integrated approaches.
What a Typical Week Might Include
Facilitating inquiry blocks connected to syllabus outcomes
Coaching ***** learners through goal-setting and reflection
Collaborating with colleagues in learning design studios
Supporting wellbeing and personalised growth plans
Engaging in structured professional development

Essential Requirements
NESA-recognised teaching qualification
Current NESA accreditation (or eligibility)
Valid NSW Working With Children Check (Employee)
Must hold current right to work in Australia
