Minimum3 years' à la carte experience
Confident carryingthree plates
Experienced withtray drink service
Able to confidently manage an8-table section
Friendly, professional and customer focused
BAR STAFF
Minimum2 years' bar experience
Strong cocktail knowledge and preparation skills
Barista experience highly regarded
Must be18 years or over
