Job Description
National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia (NATA) is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Specialist to join our ICT team and deliver reliable technology support across the organisation.

Reporting to the ICT Infrastructure Manager, you will provide first‐line support for desktops, applications, printers, VoIP phones and mobile devices, triage requests, maintain asset records and assist in improving service delivery through emerging technologies.
