QUALIFICATIONS:

·Current Nursing Registration with Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA).
n

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
n
ESELECTION CRITERIA
n
n
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
Minimum 3–5 years' clinical experience, ideally in aged care or dementia care
n
Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills
n
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
n
Knowledge of aged care standards, accreditation, and funding systems
n
Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
n
Experience in dementia or memory support care
n
Working towards or completed
leadership/management
qualifications
n
Experience in palliative care
n
n
