We're looking for two experienced Team Leader Gardener to run a mobile crew across Eastern and Western Sydney delivering high-quality grounds maintenance across commercial and open space contracts.

The Role

You will:
n

Lead and supervise a small mobile crew
n
Plan daily works and allocate tasks
n
Operate zero-turn and out-front mowers
n
Conduct pruning, hedging, mulching & plantining
n
Undertake weed spraying & pest control
n
Maintain equipment and ensure safe work practices
n
Deliver consistent, high-quality presentation across sites
n
n
This is a hands-on leadership role, you'll lead from the front.

Previous team leading or supervisory experience preferred
n
Current Driver's Licence (essential)
