We're looking for aPeople Coordinatorto join our central People team at Omnicom Media in Sydney.
n
This is a brilliant prospect for someone early in their HR career who wants to build broad, hands-on experience within a fast-paced, collaborative People function, supporting some of the best-known agency
n
brands across the Omnicom Media portfolio.
n
Working closely with our Head of People Operations and People Directors, you'll get exposure across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and contracts through to HR systems, employee queries, compliance and People & Culture projects.
n
You'll be involved in:
n
n
Supporting a seamless onboarding experience for our new starters
n
Managing employee lifecycle changes, contracts and documentation
n
Working across Workday, ServiceNow and our shared services teams
n
Partnering with Payroll, People Directors and managers across the business
n




Supporting probation processes and day-to-day People queries
n
Contributing to employee experience initiatives and wider People & Culture projects
n
Supporting key compliance activities including WGEA reporting and HR audits
n
n
We'd love to hear from someone with around1-2 years' HR experiencewho is organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about building a career in People & Culture.
n
You'll need strong attention to detail, great communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders and priorities. Previous Workday experience is a bonus, but definitely not essential — we're looking for someone eager to learn.
