We're looking for a highly motivated, passionate, proactive leader who has the ability to inspire a team and drive our Myer Eastgardens Concession Pad to success.

You will be a people-centric supervisor with a goal to lead, develop and motivate the team to create inspirational customer experience that contributes to our overall commercial success.
n
In This Role, You'll Need To
n
n
Mentor, lead and develop a small team of 2-4.
n
Lead by example in customer service; ensuring all staff are engaged, motivated and mentored to deliver above-and-beyond experiences.
n
Delivery of concession budgets and growth expectations through a solid business acumen.
n
Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales.
n
Ensure concession maintains Commonry's visual standards and merchandise stock to maximise sales potential.
n
n
THE PERFECT FIT
n
n
Experience in a supervising role or extensive experience in fashion retail.
n
Proven track record of creating a customer experience and determination to drive commercial outcomes.
n
Demonstrated ability to address situations with confidence, empathy and engagement when providing feedback and praise.
n
Exceptional communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously.
n
Exposure to stock inventory and loss prevention management.
n
