We're seeking ahigh-performing Graphic Designer & Social Media professionalwho can create stunning visuals, run strategic ad campaigns, and drive innovation across digital platforms.
This is a role for someone who is ready toown projects end-to-endand make a real impact.
The Role
This is afull-time, pivotal rolewhere you'll be responsible for elevating the quality and performance of our marketing across design, advertising, and social media.
Your day-to-day will include:
Designing high-quality digital & print materials for agents (flyers, brochures, signage, social graphics).
Managing and optimisingFacebook Ads, Google Ads, and paid campaigns.
Leading creative direction of social content across multiple platforms.
Supporting agents with brand-compliant creative solutions and marketing advice.
Building and updating simple Wix websites and landing pages.
Contributing to video content (After Effects experience a bonus).
Working closely with leadership to align marketing outputs with brand strategy.
About You
You're more than just a designer, you're acreative strategist, problem-solver, and digital marketerwith the ability to deliver projects that drive results.
You'll bring:
Proven experience ingraphic design & digital marketing.




Advanced proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite.
Strong, hands-on experience withFacebook Ads Manager & Google Ads.
Excellent communication and the confidence to advise stakeholders.
Organisational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
A results-driven mindset, measuring success by impact, ROI, and engagement.
The ability toanticipate challenges, propose solutions, and elevate standards.
Bonus points for:
HTML/CSS knowledge.
Video editing skills.
Real estate or property marketing experience (not required).
