Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
n
Manage a small, tidy portfolio (120 properties)




n
Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears & maintenance
n
Conduct routines, entry & exit inspections
n
Open homes and application processing (with team support)
n
Maintain proactive communication with owners & tenants
n
Represent at QCAT when required
n
What We're Looking For:
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management
n
QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Reliable vehicle and valid Driver's Licence
n
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
n
Professional, polished and confident communicator
n
Passion for delivering great service and being part of a team
n
