We are looking to fill in 2 positions : 1 x Electrical & 1 x Mechanical AC & Refrigeration

Day Shift Technician on relief only work on Day Shift Roster - 4 on /4 off days /5 on 5 off days (5:30 am - 5:30 pm) , unless if required to cover night shift staff on leaves or absence.

What You'll Do:
n
n
Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance tasks as required within across HV and LV distribution systems, associated plant / equipment and HVAC mechanical cooling / heating systems as determined by the CMMS system's work orders
n
Monitor BMS for running and alarm conditions
n
Attend to A/C related issues on-site




n
Building walk-rounds, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU's and utilities
n
Investigate faults, identify causes and effect remedies
n
Prepare accurate /timely reports as required
n
Ensure corrective / repair works are carried out in accordance with current regulations
n
Assist when and where required with installation works
n
Participate in emergency call out roster providing cover for weekend and team member absences, as required
n
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio buildings their layouts, functions and complexities
n
Establish and develop trusting, meaningful relationships with Facilities Managers, Client's staff and representatives
n
Endorse day to day and future compliance to safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods
n
Volunteer ideas / initiatives that contribute to the service levels and delivery
n
Undertake other tasks, as required by CBRE's Client, in accordance with experience and competencies
n
12 hour rotating shift- Days arrangement
n
n
What You'll Need:
n
n
NSW Electrical License or NSW HVAC/Refrigeration License is required
n
Positive building services knowledge
n
Critical Environment Experience
n
Working knowledge of "Permit to work" systems
n
Understand and interpret technical drawings / processes
n
Experience of CMMS and BMS systems
n
Minimum 1-3 years experience maintaining critical and temperature controlled environments
n
Australian citizenship is required for this position
