The Role
n
As a Service Technician (Mechanic), you'll be responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing and testing a variety of hire equipment to ensure it is safe, clean, and ready for use. The role also involves diagnosing and correcting mechanical problems, working in the workshop and field, maintaining a small spare parts and workshop consumables stock, housekeeping, safety and record keeping.

What experience are we looking for?
n
Servicing and repairing lifting chains, confide space equipment, hydraulic shoring, propping equipment & excavator attachments
n
Diagnostic of hydraulic systems and diesel engines.
n




Accurate completion of service records.
n
Following safety procedures and supporting a positive team setting.
n

Physically fit for service work and equipment handling.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
n
Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented.
n
Qualifications and required experience
n
Driver's License.
n
A mechanical, auto-electrical, hydraulic or associated trade (will be highly regarded).
n
Recent experience working in equipment maintenance and repairs.
n
Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE use.
