We're working with a highly regarded and growing local real estate agency who are looking to welcome a Property Manager to their established team in Dromana. This is not your typical high-volume Property Management role. You'll manage a local portfolio of approximately 140 properties, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with your landlords and tenants while maintaining a high level of service.

The Role:
n
n
Conducting routine inspections and managing outgoings
n
Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Coordinating maintenance and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
n
Staying on top of compliance and portfolio requirements
n
Providing exceptional service to your clients
n
Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team
n
n
About You
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous residential Property Management experience
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
n
A genuine passion for delivering great client service
n
Current Victorian Estate Agent's Representative registration
n
