The Venue Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Frank Mac's including team management, venue presentation, maintaining a high standard of service and the overall guest experience. You will also maintain a strong presence on the floor during service.
Thispositionrequires
a minimum oftwo year's experience managing in a similar style of venue. An in-depth understanding of spirits and service systems is a pre-requisite for consideration in the role.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily venue operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and compliance with quality and service standards.

Team Leadership:



Build and lead a high-performing enthusiastic team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure staff deliver top-notch service and guest experience.

Financial Management: Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue enhancement strategies to optimise the restaurant's financial performance.
n
Inventory and Procurement: Oversee inventory management and procurement processes to maintain the highest quality of ingredients and supplies.
n
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as licensing requirements.
n
Events: Liaise with the marketing & functions to ensure the smooth delivery of events.
n
Research and Development: A creative and innovative nature to curate an impressive cocktail, food and beverage menu.
