Bike n' Blend is a thriving pop-up events company promoting cycling, sustainability, health and happiness using our Australian made blender bikes.

The Role:
n
As a result of significant growth, we are seeking a passionate, proactive, reliable person to join our supportive and friendly team. Working under the guidance of our Event Coordinator in Sydney, you will be responsible for organising and running pop-up smoothie bike events in and around Brisbane. Full training will be provided, as well as ongoing friendly support from our teams in Sydney and Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

n
Receiving event information, run sheets and instructions as Brisbane smoothie bike bookings arise.
n
Packing and unpacking vans before and after events at our Woolloongabba storage facility.
n
Driving to and from event locations in a safely loaded van.
n
Coordinating smoothie-bike packages with our customers at our storage facility and other locations, while monitoring and keeping track of our equipment.
n
Providing smoothie bike demonstrations, delivering impeccable customer service at all times.
n
Training and guiding event helpers who will assist you at staffed event bookings.
n
Managing the maintenance and cleanliness of all smoothie bikes and event equipment.
n




Managing and receiving stock/ingredients for smoothies.
n
Prioritising and managing several tasks at once, while working independently.
n

About You:

Have a minimum of one years customer service/events experience.
n
Are an excellent and clear communicator, comfortable giving and receiving feedback, while maintaining regular contact with our Event Coordinator.

Can think on-the-go and trouble‐shoot problems as they arise.
n
Have a full driver's license (with at least 3 years' city driving experience and experience driving a small van preferred).
n
Have a passion to live a healthy lifestyle and are physically fit (preferred).
n
Live in close proximity to Woolloongabba (preferred).
n
n
Desirable but not essential:
n
n
Hospitality experience.
n
Bike maintenance experience.
n
