Our contracts includethe operation, maintenance and performance management of critical Transport Systems, traffic signal assets, communications networks, electrical infrastructure and associated roadside technology across live traffic environments.

About the role
n
The role is accountable for ensuring efficient receiving, storage, handling, kitting, dispatch, tracking and reconciliation of materials, spare parts, tools,plantand
equipmentrequiredto
support operations and maintenance delivery. The role will support field productivity by ensuring materials are available,
correctlyallocated,
accurately recorded and delivered to crews or sites in line with operational priorities.
n
The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will work closely with the Operations & Maintenance Manager, supervisors, planners, engineers, project engineers, commercial team, finance team, procurement,
suppliers,subcontractorsand
field crews to ensure inventory readiness, cost control, stockaccuracyand
reliablelogisticssupport.
n
This position requires a highly organised and practical leader with strong warehouse discipline, inventory management capability, safety focus, costawarenessand the ability to supportafat movingmaintenance environment where materials availability
directlyimpactsresponse,
rectification,productivityand




contract performance.

About you
n
A relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Business,
OperationsManagementor
a related discipline is desirable.
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in
warehouse,logistics,inventoryor
supply chain management roles.
n
Experience in transport, ITS, electrical, communications, construction,
maintenance,utilitiesor
field services environments is desirable.
n
Demonstrated experience managing warehouse operations, stock
control,logisticscoordination,
supplierinterfacesand
delivery schedules.
n
Ability to read and understand work packs, drawings, material lists,
constructionterminologyand
technical documentation is desirable.
n
Experience using SAP, Maximo, inventory systems, procurement systems,Exceland warehouse management tools is desirable.
n
Current driver's licence isrequired.
n
Current forklift licence isrequiredor must be obtained.
n
Strong understanding of safe warehouse operations, manual handling, load restraint, forklift operations, traffic management equipment,
electricalmaterialsand
tool control.
n
Solid organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing operational priorities.
