Brightwater is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a 131-bed residential aged care facility in Mandurah, WA. You will oversee clinical care, financial performance and workforce leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality improvements.

You will bring senior operational leadership experience in aged care, solid people management skills, and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards. AHPRA registration and police/NDIS clearances are required.
