About the Role
n
n
You'll work with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their home's energy efficiency.
n
Conduct phone and virtual consultations with qualified customers.
n
Understand each customer's energy usage and recommend the right solution.




n
Present solar, battery, heat pump, air conditioning and EV charging options.
n
Follow up opportunities and manage your sales pipeline through HubSpot CRM.
n
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
n
Our operations, design, approvals, scheduling and installation teams take care of the rest, allowing you to focus on what you do best—selling.

Who We're Looking For
n
You'll have:
n
n
A proven track record in phone sales or consultative sales.
n
Strong closing skills with confidence handling objections.
n
Excellent communication and rapport-building ability.
n
Good computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
n
A desire to continually improve and maximise your earnings.
n
Solar industry experience is an advantage but isn't essential. If you're a great closer, we'll teach you the products.
