About the Role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Consultant who is motivated, customer-focused and driven to achieve outstanding results.
n
To be successful in this role, you must have
n
A minimum of 2+ years' experience in vehicle sales
n
Previous Hyundai experience is preferred
n
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
n
A positive, can-do attitude and professional presentation
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
n




Strong negotiation, problem-solving and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions
n
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
n
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
n
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
n
Maintain strong product knowledge across the Hyundai range
n
Stay up to date with industry trends, products and finance offerings
n
Collaborate with the wider dealership team to drive sales growth
n
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales journey
