About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer with 3+ years of post-qualification experience to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team. This is an exciting chance to work on diverse and challenging matters, hone your advocacy skills, and grow your career within a forward-thinking, supportive environment.

You will be reporting directly to the Principal Director and your main focus will be on providing advice to our existing clients while developing a new portfolio.
n
You will be working full-time at the Woolloomooloo Office, Sydney, with the potential for a hybrid arrangement (for experienced candidates).

About the Opportunity
n
Represent clients in a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
n
Appear in Local, Supreme, and Federal Courts for hearings, applications, and mediations.
n
Oversee junior lawyers, guiding them through all stages of case preparation and resolution.
n
Provide high-quality legal advice tailored to clients' unique needs.
n
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, barristers, and stakeholders.
n
Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
n
Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
n
Remote and Hybrid work models available.

About You
n
3+ years' experience in Litigation/Dispute Resolution;
n
Ability to work as a team with strong interpersonal skills;
n
Exposure to Office 365, Clio, NetDocuments or similar software;
n
Calm under pressure;
n
Interested in mentoring and building capability
