Quality Systems Coordinator –Food Manufacturing
n
Western Sydney | Full-Time | Food Manufacturing
n We're currently partnering with a well-established Australian food manufacturing business to recruit a Quality Systems Coordinator to support and strengthen quality, food safety and compliance systems across a busy manufacturing operation.
n This is a great opportunity for a quality professional looking to take ownership of systems, audits and continuous improvement within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
n The Opportunity Working closely with the Quality and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the site's quality management systems and ensuring ongoing compliance with food safety, customer and regulatory requirements.
n
You'll be involved across the full quality function, with a strong focus on systems, auditing, compliance, documentation and continuous improvement.
n Key Responsibilities
n
n
Maintain and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System and associated documentation.
n
Coordinate internal audits, external audits and customer audit requirements.
n
Manage corrective actions, non-conformances and follow-up activities.
n
Support HACCP, food safety and quality programs across the manufacturing site.
n
Monitor quality trends, KPIs and compliance performance and identify improvement opportunities.
n
Maintain controlled documents, procedures, specifications and quality records.
n
Support incident, complaint and root-cause investigations.
n
Work closely with Production, Operations and other departments to embed quality standards across the site.
n
Assist with training and awareness initiatives relating to food safety and quality systems.
n
Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant food safety legislation,
customer standards and company requirements.

About You We're looking for someone with:
n
n
Previous experience in a Quality Systems, QA or Food Safety role within food manufacturing or FMCG.
n
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety management systems.
n
Experience with internal and external audits and corrective action management.
n
Strong documentation, reporting and organisational skills.
n
The ability to work confidently with Production and Operations teams and influence quality standards on the floor.
n
Excellent attention to detail and a practical, hands‐on approach to quality.
n
Relevant qualifications in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality or a related discipline are highly regarded.
n
