You'll play an important role in bringing the Yo-Chi experience to life, from motivating your team and delivering amazing guest experiences to keeping the venue running smoothly and making sure every shift is full of positive energy.

Knows how to motivate, support and bring out the best in a team.

Is a confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

Has a positive, can-do attitude and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Can think on their feet, embrace challenges and stay calm under pressure.

Has previous leadership experience in hospitality, food, retail or a similar fast-paced environment.

Is ambitious, eager to learn and excited about building a career with a growing brand.
