Impact Group is a remediation contractor specialising in the industrial, commercial and heritage construction space. We are in search of an estimator with expertise in these areas.

As an Estimator, you will work closely with the Director and Pre-Contracts & Business Development Manager to ensure the accurate preparation and submit a winning presentation, We value the expertise, professionalism, adaptability, proactive approach and a drive to excel.

The ideal candidate will possess:
n
n
2+ years' estimating experience across various Remedial works, Building & Façade, Civil and Industrial Construction
n
Proven tender preparation expertise with full compliance.
n
Strong subcontractor and supply chain relationships.
n
Confident, qualified, and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
n
Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Project) and experience in any estimating software
n

RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Prepare Tender Briefs, review and approval to tender.
n




Reviewing tender documentation and collating necessary information for bid preparation.
n
Attend pre tender site visits, including remote and interstate.
n
Prepare Construction Methodology & Prepare Construction Delivery Programme for the agreed methodology.
n
Compile quantity take-offs and bills of quantities & prepare accurate cost estimates and escalation analysis.
n
Break down trade packages, manage RFQs, and engage
subcontractors/suppliers
for pricing accuracy, submit and respond to tender clarifications promptly.
n
Identify missing information via RFIs , follow up Addendums to complete tender documentation.
n
Compiling and submitting tenders, including methodologies, programs, required tender and priced schedules.
n
Attending tender meetings and participating in site visits to gain project insights.
n
Deliver comprehensive tenders and assist delivery team during execution.
n
Manage multiple tenders without compromising accuracy.
n
Grow national subcontractor and supplier base.
