Job Description
Reece Group is seeking a customer-focused IT Operations Specialist to support branch networks, support centres and warehouses across Australia.
You will act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, manage tickets in ServiceNow and help improve, automate and simplify IT support processes.
You should bring hands-on experience in technical support, robust knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows and networking, and a customer-centered mindset to ensure high-quality service
