We're currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Team Member to join our team.
n
Role Purpose:
n
Prepare, cut, and pack fresh fruit and vegetables for supermarket distribution, following food safety and quality standards.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Wash, cut, and portion fruit and vegetables according to specifications
n
Pack prepared produce into containers accurately and efficiently
n




Check quality and freshness of produce before and after processing
n
Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment
n
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times
n
Meet daily production targets and packing deadlines
n
Report stock shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor
n
n
Requirements:
n

Ability to work standing for extended periods in a cold setting
n
Attention to detail and consistency in cutting/portioning
n
Basic understanding of food safety practices (training provided)
n
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
n
n
Working Conditions:

Kitchen/production floor environment
