About the Chance

We're partnering with a well-established superannuation fund, currently looking to bring on a Governance and Compliance Specialist to join their Risk and Compliance team.
n
The Role
n
This is a hands-on, generalist compliance role covering:
n
n
Breach management and incident investigation
n
Review of disclosure and marketing materials (including PDS-level documents)
n
Regulatory reform impact assessments and compliance program monitoring
n
AML/CTF and Privacy reviews
n
Regular engagement with senior stakeholders, service providers, and regulatory bodies
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience in superannuation compliance, or from an APRA-regulated banking environment -




advisory/consulting
backgrounds are not the focus for this role
n
A legal background is a strong plus, though not essential where you bring solid, direct industry compliance experience
n
Confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively with Executives and stakeholders
n
Strong attention to detail and sound judgement in navigating complex regulatory requirements
