Job Description
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of food production and packing, including:

Preparing and assembling antipasto, olives, vegetables, seafood, and cheese products
n
Weighing, portioning, and packing products into buckets, tubs, and retail packaging
n
Labelling and date coding finished goods accurately
n
Ensuring all products meet quality standards
n
Following HACCP and food safety requirements at all times
n
Completing cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas
n
Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
n

Previous experience in food manufacturing or food handling
n
Sound understanding of HACCP and food safety practices
n




Ability to follow procedures and work instructions

Good attention to detail and accuracy
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and a robust team player

Physically fit

Willingness to work flexible hours if required
