About the Role
Lead a vibrant retirement community where every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
Reporting to the Village Manager, you'll join The Village Retirement Group on a full-time basis, supporting the day-to-day leadership of one of Brisbane's premier retirement communities. Working alongside an experienced Village Manager, you'll help create an exceptional resident experience while continuing to grow your leadership career.
Duties
Support the day-to-day leadership and operations of the village
Build trusted relationships with residents, families, contractors and key stakeholders
Coordinate contractors and service providers to maintain a safe, welcoming and well-presented community
Deliver engaging resident experiences through events, wellbeing initiatives and community programs
Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on exceptional resident service
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Leadership experience in retirement living, property management, hospitality, aged care, facilities management or a similar customer-focused environment




Experience coordinating contractors and external service providers
Robust communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills
Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) and National Police Check
Strong computer skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
